Hello,

I was looking at the updated website and saw that there were new instructional videos on how to assemble the OSL. However, the embedded videos seem to have some sort of access issue. I am still able to follow the direct link to the videos, but cannot view them in the website.

Hi Troy! Thank you for bringing this to our attention and letting us know. We’re in the process of reviewing and fixing the video accessibility on the site, as well as other button errors. If you happen to have a record of which specific videos you noticed had access issues, sharing that would help us resolve them more quickly.

We really appreciate your attention to detail and your support in making the resources as smooth and usable as possible. : )

It was the electronics assembly video where I was seeing the issue, but now it looks to be visible! Thanks Kiara!
