# PDAC Approval Question

Hello. I hope I’m posting this in the correct section.

I was curious if there are current or future efforts to get PDAC approval for the OSL? Coming from the clinical side in the US, I know that prosthetic/orthotic devices without approved L-Codes aren’t generally considered if there isn’t any reimbursement from insurance since costs margins are so narrow as it is.

If PDAC approval is possible, I believe that would open the door for more people in the US to have, or at least, trial, an OSL.
